A Brief Doctrinal Statement
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that the KJV is the preserved Word
of God for the English speaking people.
We believe in the reality of both Heaven and Hell as set forth in the Scriptures.
We believe that all men are sinners by nature, and in need of spiritual regeneration by the new
birth.
We believe in the virgin birth, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, and soon coming of Jesus
Christ.
We believe that repentance, an attitude and willingness to turn from sin and dead works, is
necessary to the experiencing of salvation.
We believe that salvation comes by grace through faith: that is by one's dependence on the
finished work of Jesus Christ alone, not one's dependence upon works before or after salvation,
and for this reason it is forever and can never be lost.
We believe in the inevitability of holy living after salvation.
We believe in the local, visible, New Testament church of Jesus Christ, established by Christ
here on earth as the only missionary agent in carrying out the Great Commission. The church is
to be independent and self governing in all matters; the pastor is to be the leader and overseer
of the church flock.
We are not part of the ecumenical movement or the National or World Council of Churches.
We believe in the pre-tribulational, premillenial gathering by Christ of His saints, who will then
return after the tribulation to establish His Kingdom.
